Blankenship Heating and Cooling recently began a new construction HVAC installation project in Paris, TN. Our experienced team worked with Mr. Gray to start this complete system installation.
The first step involved finding the perfect location for the outdoor condenser unit. Our technicians carefully considered several important factors. These included noise levels for the homeowner's comfort, easy access for future maintenance, and proximity to electrical power sources.
Next, our crew completed the rough-in phase of the installation. This critical step involves installing all the behind-the-walls components before construction finishes. During rough-in, we installed the electrical wiring that powers the system. We also put in the refrigerant piping that connects the indoor and outdoor units. Finally, we installed the ductwork that will distribute conditioned air throughout the home.
Now we wait for the construction team to complete their work. Once the building is finished, our technicians will return to complete the installation. We'll set the outdoor condenser unit and indoor air handler in their final positions. Then we'll perform comprehensive safety tests on all equipment to ensure everything works properly.
This project shows the detailed planning and expertise that goes into every new construction HVAC installation. The rough-in phase is essential for a clean, professional installation that will serve the homeowner reliably for years to come.
