Owning multiple homes for more than 30 years, the service I received today on my air conditioning unit was the most thorough and professional cleaning I have ever had. The technician was professional, courteous, on time and thorough. I also learned from the technician that his employer had sent him through training to become a technician. This proves to me that this is a company that respects and develops employees that work hard. It’s extremely hard to find dedicated employees like this nowadays but it’s even more difficult to find employers like this. Mini split quit heating so a couple pipes froze in my shop. Wendell responded same day and it was repaired within 30 minutes. Good service!
Blankenship heating and cooling is top notch! My AC unit started giving us trouble during this July TN heat. Called Blankenship that afternoon and within hours a Technician was out to the house troubleshooting and fixing the problem. Sha was knowledgeable and super friendly. He explained what the problem was and gave us options. He even had the part that was needed on the truck! He had us back on track in no time! Thank you Sha and Blankenship for coming to our rescue! I also want to say Thank you to Brittany (I believe that was her name) she answered my call and took great care in getting someone to us. She was a pleasure to speak with! This is no doubt a company everyone should consider for any heating or cooling needs!
