Owning multiple homes for more than 30 years, the service I received today on my air conditioning unit was the most thorough and professional cleaning I have ever had. We had an issue with our central unit unexpectedly. I called Blankenship Heating and Cooling and they sent someone out within a couple of hours to check things out. Austin was very friendly and it didn’t take long for him to find the problem. He had to order the part needed and now we are waiting for it to arrive so he can complete the repair. I highly recommend Blankenship Heating and Cooling. They were very helpful and sent someone out just like they said they would.

Blankenship Heating and Cooling has given us great service during the last 7 years. They have provided good quality work and also been professional and courteous from all the office staff to the technicians. Emmitt and Mark have been diligent about finding and fixing our problems. They care about their workmanship and I would highly recommend this company.

Austin was on time, cordial and seemed knowledgeable. Maybe a bit pricy for just a cleaning/system check, but it’s also – unfortunately – a sign of the times.

Blankenship Heating and Air installed a new Trane XL15 unit heat pump and air . They also demoed my old unit and Duct and designed all my new duct and installed unit in very clean hard working professional way . I am very happy that i chose Blankenship’s Heating and Air . We came home late afternoon to a house that was 92 degrees. Blankenship shifted people around and got techs out to us just before their closing time. The techs were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. After taking off the side panel of our outside unit, they quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repair. Within 15 minutes of the repair, the house was already 5 degrees cooler, and we woke up the next morning to a cold house. Thank you for your quick and professional service.
