Blankenship heating and cooling is top notch! My AC unit started giving us trouble during this July TN heat. Called Blankenship that afternoon and within hours a Technician was out to the house troubleshooting and fixing the problem. Sha was knowledgeable and super friendly. He explained what the problem was and gave us options. He even had the part that was needed on the truck! He had us back on track in no time! Thank you Sha and Blankenship for coming to our rescue! I also want to say Thank you to Brittany (I believe that was her name) she answered my call and took great care in getting someone to us. She was a pleasure to speak with! This is no doubt a company everyone should consider for any heating or cooling needs!

The technician (Shea) arrived during the time frame given when the appointment was made and a text message was sent to me shortly before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He was polite and seemed knowledgeable. He did some troubleshooting and got both the main level and basement HVAC systems working as they should. He also inspected and cleaned both systems. I signed up for their maintenance agreement so that they will come out to check our units again prior to the cooling season next spring. There was no additional charge for the troubleshooting completed and new fuse that was installed today, which was nice!

They came out to give me a estimate on running new vents on my house. The guys that came out was very respectful and polite. I would recommend you Give them a call for your A/C and HEATING NEEDS

Called them this morning and they came out right away had the part I needed and got me running without costing a arm and leg definitely recommend and definitely will call again!!!!!!!

Very pleased with the outstanding service provided by Blankenship in replacing our 14 year old unit! The most challenging part of any home repair is knowing who to call and who to trust. Since this was a full replacement and a pretty big expense, we had a few companies come out but were the most impressed by Blankenship. Mr. Emmett took his time during the inspection and really studied not just the AC unit itself but our home layout and airflow. We’re not experts in HVAC but he explained everything in a way that made sense. He also pointed out that another company’s quote about our ductwork wasn’t accurate which made us feel even more confident that we were getting honest advice.

One week after the first visit we had a brand new AC unit and smart thermostat. I feel thankful for this company for making this process easy and painless! The ladies in the office are great too and provide excellent customer service.

Absolutely amazing people!!! They came out to do my regular bi-yearly cleaning and they were here for over an hour and half!! They fixed some wiring that I had hit with my weed eater at no extra charge and put it out of the way where I couldn’t get it again. The two gentlemen were extremely kind and really took their time in making sure that everything was done exactly like it was supposed to be done. I am super super satisfied with the service received!! I highly recommend them.
