Service was great. We had a new hvac unit installed. They put in new facia and port duct work, insulated the main duct, replaced gas piping to the unit and removed some old piping that went nowhere because it was obstructing the vent on the unit. They installed a new box for the breaker outside for the unit. My new unit has a dehumidifier which will help on less AC and humidity. They also installed a thermostat with WiFi. The crew was very knowledgeable, courteous and the company did everything they stated they would. Caleb and Johnny were the first two on site in the morning and went to town disconnecting and removing old unit to prepare for the new unit to be installed.
We had an issue with our central unit unexpectedly. I called Blankenship Heating and Cooling and they sent someone out within a couple of hours to check things out. Austin was very friendly and it didn’t take long for him to find the problem. He had to order the part needed and now we are waiting for it to arrive so he can complete the repair. I highly recommend Blankenship Heating and Cooling. They were very helpful and sent someone out just like they said they would.
Blankenship came out on the same day as I called, which was great. They diagnosed the problem, but then dud not hear from them for a few days. I called them again and they came out the same day again and repaired the problem. Recommend.

Very nice and knowledgeable . Tech explained problems and offered solutions. They will definitely be my go to for all of my heating and cooling issues.
They came out on a Saturday night to get my 86 1/2 year old Mom’s heat going for her when we had a late spring cold snap! Fast forward a few weeks later and her air did not work when it got warm enough to use it. Trent came back out and checked it out and we found out it was going to cost more to fix her ten year old unit than she wanted to put into it. She decided to get a new unit! They showed up when they said they would and did a good job! Her new unit is working great and Trent assured her if she has any problems at all she can just give him a call and he will come back. Everyone we came in contact with was very nice and respectful! We would recommend them for sure!
Highly Recommend! After waiting five days to hear back from another company, I decided to call Blankenship HVAC—and I’m so glad I did. They were extremely professional, respectful, and responsive. They came out the same day and got our air conditioning working again. Excellent service from start to finish. I will definitely be using them from now on and recommending them to others.
