Blankenship heating and cooling is top notch! My AC unit started giving us trouble during this July TN heat. Called Blankenship that afternoon and within hours a Technician was out to the house troubleshooting and fixing the problem. Sha was knowledgeable and super friendly. He explained what the problem was and gave us options. He even had the part that was needed on the truck! He had us back on track in no time! Thank you Sha and Blankenship for coming to our rescue! I also want to say Thank you to Brittany (I believe that was her name) she answered my call and took great care in getting someone to us. She was a pleasure to speak with! This is no doubt a company everyone should consider for any heating or cooling needs!

Was very pleased with the service and the price of my new unit I thought my thermostat was going out then a technician came out and then told me it was not my thermostat that my unit was going out didn’t surprise me it was installed in 1992 so was long over due I had a new one within a day and had everything explained to me & my husband about are options, liked that Mr.Blankenship was not pushy an did not try to sell us anything we did not need. highly recommended!

We have relied on Emmitt Blankenship for our Central Unit service needs for a couple of years now. He has always gotten out to look at our unit very quickly and done a great job of fixing the problem. Our unit finally bit the dust the day before Halloween. Emmitt came out within in an hour of me calling him. We had a bad heat exchange on a wore out unit. He came out the morning of Halloween to go over pricing on new units and we bought a new on from him. He and his team were out there Halloween afternoon and got it installed that evening. We are so thankful for Emmitt and his team. Customer service is unmatched and he is a great guy to do business with. Our home is more comfortable than it has ever been after getting this new unit. I highly recommend him for all of your Heating and Cooling needs.

We are extremely satisfied with this company…Emmitt is a very nice man who treated us like one of the family… He really cares about his customers and it shows… He took care of our needs very quickly and had a new heating unit installed within a couple days…The gentlemen that he sent out to install it were very nice, professional and quick…I would highly recommended Blankenship Heating to anyone that has any kind of heating or cooling needs.

Service was great. We had a new hvac unit installed. They put in new facia and port duct work, insulated the main duct, replaced gas piping to the unit and removed some old piping that went nowhere because it was obstructing the vent on the unit. They installed a new box for the breaker outside for the unit. My new unit has a dehumidifier which will help on less AC and humidity. They also installed a thermostat with WiFi. The crew was very knowledgeable, courteous and the company did everything they stated they would. Caleb and Johnny were the first two on site in the morning and went to town disconnecting and removing old unit to prepare for the new unit to be installed.

Krista was great while she calmly said “We will get your heat on!” Same day, Nick showed up and walked me through the steps and fixed my small issue. Now, we are warm and the house will stay safe from the upcoming freeze.
