Fast and friendly service. They were able to get our air up and running quickly.
First time using Blankenship H&C but we were pleased with them. Shay was very professional and did a good job with our repair. Part came in faster than expected and repair was made faster than we expected but definitely a good thing. Pricing was far more reasonable than another company who checked the job, and even just their diagnostic fee was less than that company. I plan to continue to use Blankenship at this point for my heating and cooling needs, and I would recommend them to others.
The technician (Shea) arrived during the time frame given when the appointment was made and a text message was sent to me shortly before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He was polite and seemed knowledgeable. He did some troubleshooting and got both the main level and basement HVAC systems working as they should. He also inspected and cleaned both systems. I signed up for their maintenance agreement so that they will come out to check our units again prior to the cooling season next spring. There was no additional charge for the troubleshooting completed and new fuse that was installed today, which was nice!
I had no idea what was wrong. Repairman came out Tuesday, said they would have to order my fan motor and didn’t know how long it would be. They repaired it WEDNESDAY!!! Very happy

Blankenship Heating and Air is hats off the best HVAC service in West Tennessee. They respond when you call and tell you the truth about your unit and what it cost to fix or replace it. Great family and just good people we have used them for years you can’t beat this company. I highly recommend them
They came out on a Saturday night to get my 86 1/2 year old Mom’s heat going for her when we had a late spring cold snap! Fast forward a few weeks later and her air did not work when it got warm enough to use it. Trent came back out and checked it out and we found out it was going to cost more to fix her ten year old unit than she wanted to put into it. She decided to get a new unit! They showed up when they said they would and did a good job! Her new unit is working great and Trent assured her if she has any problems at all she can just give him a call and he will come back. Everyone we came in contact with was very nice and respectful! We would recommend them for sure!
