The technician (Shea) arrived during the time frame given when the appointment was made and a text message was sent to me shortly before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He was polite and seemed knowledgeable. He did some troubleshooting and got both the main level and basement HVAC systems working as they should. He also inspected and cleaned both systems. I signed up for their maintenance agreement so that they will come out to check our units again prior to the cooling season next spring. There was no additional charge for the troubleshooting completed and new fuse that was installed today, which was nice!

Blankenship Heating and Air is hats off the best HVAC service in West Tennessee. They respond when you call and tell you the truth about your unit and what it cost to fix or replace it. They have provided good quality work and also been professional and courteous from all the office staff to the technicians. Emmitt and Mark have been diligent about finding and fixing our problems. They care about their workmanship and I would highly recommend this company.
Fast response. Took a bit of persistence to get them to finally fix my heater. To be fair, it is located in the crawl space.
