I use Blankenship Heating and cooling twice a year for maintenance and my unit works perfectly. They are prompt and knowledgeable and always do a great job.
This is the second time that I’ve had these guys repair my HVAC unit. The first time was 2 years ago in December and with the same issue NO HEAT. The repair person came out and immediately seen what the issue was and resolved it quickly and took the time to answer my questions and explain what the issue was, how it was repaired, along with making sure the heat was on and working properly before he left. Blankenship Heating and Cooling has given us great service during the last 7 years. They have provided good quality work and also been professional and courteous from all the office staff to the technicians. Emmitt and Mark have been diligent about finding and fixing our problems. First time using Blankenship H&C but we were pleased with them. Shay was very professional and did a good job with our repair. Part came in faster than expected and repair was made faster than we expected but definitely a good thing. Pricing was far more reasonable than another company who checked the job, and even just their diagnostic fee was less than that company. I plan to continue to use Blankenship at this point for my heating and cooling needs, and I would recommend them to others.
Called them this morning and they came out right away had the part I needed and got me running without costing a arm and leg definitely recommend and definitely will call again!!!!!!!
