The technician (Shea) arrived during the time frame given when the appointment was made and a text message was sent to me shortly before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He was polite and seemed knowledgeable. He did some troubleshooting and got both the main level and basement HVAC systems working as they should. He also inspected and cleaned both systems. I signed up for their maintenance agreement so that they will come out to check our units again prior to the cooling season next spring. There was no additional charge for the troubleshooting completed and new fuse that was installed today, which was nice!

We were experiencing very poor function of our unit (house was 80 or more degrees inside during summer) and very high prices on our electric bill so we had BHC come and clean out our unit and our bills have gone down tremendously and our unit is running great! I highly recommend having them service your unit. The service cost paid for for itself many times over in savings on electricity.
Called mid afternoon on a Saturday they got me in and came on over fixed the problem the same day and I am soooo thankful for Blankenship heating and cooling thank y’all and I will be sharing my experience with everyone

This was a great company to work with! I believe Christy is the one who answered the phone- she was great! Within a few hours of calling, a technician was at my home. Trent was very patient and kind as he explained what was going on with my unit and what my options were. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future!
Performed 2 routine cleanings with maintenance and fixed the part broken in my heater just in time for the cooler weather. Caleb has been awesome both visits and all contact with the office staff has been pleasant with good communication. Highly recommended company.
