Performed 2 routine cleanings with maintenance and fixed the part broken in my heater just in time for the cooler weather. Caleb has been awesome both visits and all contact with the office staff has been pleasant with good communication. Highly recommended company.

The technician (Shea) arrived during the time frame given when the appointment was made and a text message was sent to me shortly before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He was polite and seemed knowledgeable. He did some troubleshooting and got both the main level and basement HVAC systems working as they should. He also inspected and cleaned both systems. I signed up for their maintenance agreement so that they will come out to check our units again prior to the cooling season next spring. There was no additional charge for the troubleshooting completed and new fuse that was installed today, which was nice!
As always Mark Blankenship is the most professional individual in the HVAC industry. I have been with him for years as a customer and would highly recommend anyone reading this review to give them the opportunity to take care of your heating and air system.
