I called and they came out the next day. He quickly diagnosed the issue and checked that it was still in warranty. Ordered and had the part delivered the same day. Had me fixed up the same day right before the holiday.

This is the second time that I’ve had these guys repair my HVAC unit. The first time was 2 years ago in December and with the same issue NO HEAT. The repair person came out and immediately seen what the issue was and resolved it quickly and took the time to answer my questions and explain what the issue was, how it was repaired, along with making sure the heat was on and working properly before he left. GREAT COMPANY WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM. Thanks Blankenship Heating.
Was very pleased with the service and the price of my new unit I thought my thermostat was going out then a technician came out and then told me it was not my thermostat that my unit was going out didn’t surprise me it was installed in 1992 so was long over due I had a new one within a day and had everything explained to me & my husband about are options, liked that Mr.Blankenship was not pushy an did not try to sell us anything we did not need. highly recommended!

I highly recommend Blankenship Heating and Cooling!! Their customer service is phenomenal, they are quick to respond to your HVAC needs. They may have higher prices but I have learned the hard way you get what you pay for.
