Blankenship came out on the same day as I called, which was great. They diagnosed the problem, but then dud not hear from them for a few days. I called them again and they came out the same day again and repaired the problem. Recommend.
Very pleased with the service of the technician and the customer service received today. I called two other places before I called Blankenship’s and no one has returned either call Blankenship answered on the first call and got someone out today and fix the problem with no issues. really appreciate it and will definitely be using again for any AC needs.
They answered their phone on a Saturday afternoon . They were at my house within a few hours. Mark was knowledgeable and efficient. He had the required part on his truck. I had a very positive experience. Will definitely recommend them and use them in the future. Thank you Mark and Emmet.
I called the office expecting to to wait a few days for someone to be able to come out. Within 2 hours they sent someone out. Mark was very quick in finding the issue with our AC unit, fixing the plugged line, cleaning the small river running through our ductwork and leaving my unit running safely again. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!!!
