Blankenship handles all of my service calls as well as handling the process of a new unit for me. They have always been timely, knowledgeable, fairly priced, and friendly. Have referred them to several others with like results.
I had no idea what was wrong. Repairman came out Tuesday, said they would have to order my fan motor and didn’t know how long it would be. They repaired it WEDNESDAY!!! Very happy
This was a great company to work with! I believe Christy is the one who answered the phone- she was great! Within a few hours of calling, a technician was at my home. Trent was very patient and kind as he explained what was going on with my unit and what my options were. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future!
