Fast response. Took a bit of persistence to get them to finally fix my heater. To be fair, it is located in the crawl space.
My A/C unit failed to cool on a very hot day and night. Called Blankenship for repair. They sent someone very quickly, in less than two hours. AUSTIN came and very quickly found the problem and quickly made the repair and got my unit running. Austin is very friendly and knowledgeable. Appreciated the quick response.
Today’s repair technician was thorough. However, the initial tech did not make it to my house as scheduled and failed to notify me that he couldn’t be there due to illness.
Mini split quit heating so a couple pipes froze in my shop. Wendell responded same day and it was repaired within 30 minutes. Good service!
