First time using Blankenship H&C but we were pleased with them. Shay was very professional and did a good job with our repair. Part came in faster than expected and repair was made faster than we expected but definitely a good thing. Pricing was far more reasonable than another company who checked the job, and even just their diagnostic fee was less than that company. I plan to continue to use Blankenship at this point for my heating and cooling needs, and I would recommend them to others.

We have relied on Emmitt Blankenship for our Central Unit service needs for a couple of years now. He has always gotten out to look at our unit very quickly and done a great job of fixing the problem. Our unit finally bit the dust the day before Halloween. Emmitt came out within in an hour of me calling him. We had a bad heat exchange on a wore out unit. He came out the morning of Halloween to go over pricing on new units and we bought a new on from him. He and his team were out there Halloween afternoon and got it installed that evening. We are so thankful for Emmitt and his team. Customer service is unmatched and he is a great guy to do business with. Our home is more comfortable than it has ever been after getting this new unit. I highly recommend him for all of your Heating and Cooling needs.

I called the office expecting to to wait a few days for someone to be able to come out. Within 2 hours they sent someone out. Mark was very quick in finding the issue with our AC unit, fixing the plugged line, cleaning the small river running through our ductwork and leaving my unit running safely again. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!!!

Mr. Blankenship came to our house and after his inspection, recommended a complete replacement of our outside and inside units. His crew replaced everything and had the new units running in 1 day. His prices are very reasonable and the quality of their work is top notch. I will always recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work done.
