We had an issue with our central unit unexpectedly. I called Blankenship Heating and Cooling and they sent someone out within a couple of hours to check things out. Austin was very friendly and it didn’t take long for him to find the problem. He had to order the part needed and now we are waiting for it to arrive so he can complete the repair. I highly recommend Blankenship Heating and Cooling. They were very helpful and sent someone out just like they said they would.
We came home late afternoon to a house that was 92 degrees. Blankenship shifted people around and got techs out to us just before their closing time. The techs were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. After taking off the side panel of our outside unit, they quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repair. Within 15 minutes of the repair, the house was already 5 degrees cooler, and we woke up the next morning to a cold house. Thank you for your quick and professional service.

Highly Recommend! After waiting five days to hear back from another company, I decided to call Blankenship HVAC—and I’m so glad I did. They were extremely professional, respectful, and responsive. The technician (Shea) arrived during the time frame given when the appointment was made and a text message was sent to me shortly before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He was polite and seemed knowledgeable. He did some troubleshooting and got both the main level and basement HVAC systems working as they should. He also inspected and cleaned both systems. I signed up for their maintenance agreement so that they will come out to check our units again prior to the cooling season next spring. There was no additional charge for the troubleshooting completed and new fuse that was installed today, which was nice!
